Purpose
This site presents and sells REPZ Gym Tracker: a shortcut for Apple's Shortcuts app and a Notion template. Browsing is free and requires no account. Payment is handled by Stripe, on a page hosted by them.
Intellectual property
The REPZ name, the logo, the copy, the design of this site, the shortcut and the Notion template belong to the owner. Buying the product gives you an unlimited personal right to use it, but not to resell, redistribute or republish it on other platforms.
Third-party trademarks
Apple, iPhone, iOS and Shortcuts are trademarks of Apple Inc. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. REPZ is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by either. They are named only to describe what the product works with.
Liability
REPZ depends on third-party services (Apple's Shortcuts app and the Notion API). If Apple or Notion change how they work, the product may be affected. We commit to updating the shortcut and the template whenever it's within our reach, but we cannot guarantee the availability of services we don't control.
Governing law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we process, why and for how long, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
First things first: your workouts never pass through us
The shortcut runs on your iPhone and writes straight into your Notion workspace using an integration token that you generate, in your own account. REPZ has no servers of its own and no user database. We don't receive, don't store and cannot look up your exercises, reps, weights or dates. The processing of that data is between you and Notion, under Notion's own privacy policy.

We do not handle payment data directly: it is processed by Stripe on their own page. Your card details never pass through this site. We only see that the order is paid, your email address and your billing country.
Processors and third parties

- Resend — sending the email with your downloads.
- Vercel Inc. — hosting for this website and cookieless visitor analytics.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Billing data: 6 years, under Spanish commercial and tax law.
- Support emails: as long as useful to help you, and no more than 2 years after the last contact.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to repz.esp@gmail.com. We'll reply within one month. If you think we've handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your local supervisory authority.
Terms of sale
What you're buying
REPZ Gym Tracker is a digital product made of three elements: a shortcut file for Apple's Shortcuts app, a link to duplicate a Notion template, and a setup guide in PDF. Nothing physical is shipped.
Price and tax
The price is €14.99 including VAT, in a single payment. There is no renewal, no monthly fee and no later charges.
Delivery
Once payment is confirmed you receive an email with access to the shortcut, the template and the guide. Delivery is immediate. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and email repz.esp@gmail.com: we'll resend it by hand.
Requirements
For the product to work you need an iPhone running iOS 17 or later, a Notion account (the free plan is fine) and an internet connection when you save each set. These requirements are published on the product page before purchase; please check that you meet them.
Right of withdrawal
This is digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium. Under article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), before paying you are asked to tick a box expressly consenting to immediate performance and acknowledging that, by downloading it, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. The purchase cannot be completed without ticking it.
That aside: if the product does not work as described here and we can't sort it out with you, we'll refund you. Email us and we'll talk.
Licence
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the shortcut and the template on your own devices and accounts, with no time limit. You may not resell them, share them publicly, bundle them into another product or publish the files in shortcut or template galleries.
Updates and support
Template improvements and shortcut fixes are included in the price. Support is provided by email and covers installing and running the product; it does not include training advice or bespoke development.
